Shipping policy
Collection
Customers are welcome to collect their order from our cake studio in Swindon.
Collection is by appointment only. We'll confirm your collection time once your order is complete.
Please inspect your cake before leaving, as responsibility for the cake transfers to you once it has been collected.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within Swindon and surrounding areas.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed when your order is placed.
We currently deliver within approximately 30 miles of Swindon.
Delivery dates and time slots are agreed in advance wherever possible.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed delivery time.
If no one is available:
- We will attempt to contact you.
- We may leave the cake in a safe place only if instructed to do so.
- Once left in a location requested by the customer, responsibility transfers to the customer.
- Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Transport & Storage
Our cakes are delicate and should be transported on a flat surface, preferably in the footwell or boot of your vehicle rather than on a seat.
Store cakes according to the care instructions provided. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect transportation or storage after collection or delivery.
Future UK Shipping
At present, our bespoke celebration cakes are available for collection or local delivery only.
If we begin offering UK-wide postal products such as cake jars or letterbox cakes, this policy will be updated with shipping times, courier information and delivery terms.
